Day Services
Employment Services
This survey is intended for family members or guardians of people who work in the Sheltered Workshop at EMI. These services are only offered at the 20 Gould Street site in Reading.
Community Job Placement
This survey is intended for family members or guardians of people who receive job coaching and employment services for jobs in the community. These supports are provided through the Reading, Beverly and Burlington sites.
Life Choices
This survey is intended for family members or guardians of people who attend the Life Choices programs in Reading, Beverly and Burlington.
Residential Services
24-Hour Support Group Homes
This survey is intended for family members or guardians of people who live in one of our 10 group homes that are staffed with boy day-time staff and overnight staff.
Supported Living
This survey is intended for family members or guardians of people in the Supported Living Program, who receive mentor support hours of between 4 and 20 hours per week.
Family Support Services
Adult Family Care
This survey is intended for family members or guardians of people who live in Adult Family Care qualified settings.
