Accounts Payable--Bookkeeper:
QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of 2 years accounts payable experience (preferably with a nonprofit organization), or a Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university and one year of accounting experience. A working knowledge of Excel, MS Word, and an automated accounting system required-- preferably Great Plains Dynamics. Additionally, past experience with not for profit fund accounting is desired. This is a 30 - 40 hour position with the commensurate benefits. OPEN TO FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE.
- Reimbursement Specialist: Responsible for reimbursement of state human services contracts, Mass Health, HUD rents, transportation, and client fees for human services agency in Reading, MA. Reimbursement Specialist performs timely and accurate billing, follow up, and collections activities. Specialist also provides revenue and receivables journal entries, cash applications, accounting, and reporting. Position requires good communication with state officials, clients, and internal management. Position requires at least two years’ of healthcare and/or human services reimbursement experience and at least an associate’s level degree in accounting or business. The person should be self directed and require minimal supervision. This is a mission critical function of the organization and requires a detail oriented and dependable person.

RN Health Care Coordinator (Reading): 30-40 hrs weekly, M -F, 9 a.m. -3 p.m. or 8 a.m. -4 p.m. No on call. Provide healthcare services that assist individuals in attaining and maintaining an optimum level of wellness. RN will function as an active member of the Clinical Interdisciplinary Team and assess, plan, implement, evaluate and ensure the coordination of health care service supports to individuals with developmental disabilities. Qualifications: Registered Nurse with current Massachusetts License. Minimum of 2 years post registration experience in a mental health of DD (MR) Program.
Responsibilities: Prepare initial and annual Nursing assessments, Complete monthly progress notes, Ensure daily management of medical needs and communication with participants, Participate as a care member of the interdisciplinary team, Evaluate individual needs and implement nursing protocols for specific individual's health care needs, Assist in the implementation of quality standards that meet policies and procedures, Maintain medical records as required.
- Life Skills DayHab Program Manager(Reading): 40 hours. Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field with two or more years experience working with adults with developmental disabilities subsequent to attaining a bachelor's degree. At least one year must have been spent in an administrative role. Valid driver’s license required. Seeking applicant with experience in day habilitation.

Focus on innovative ways for individuals to express choices and share ideas in order to improve services and encourage participation to the fullest extent possible.
The Life Choices Manager will assist in hiring, supervising, and training all Life Choices Staff.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES*
1. Assist in hiring, supervising, evaluating, and training Life Choices Staff.
2. Provide forums for staff and individuals receiving services to express ideas by facilitating regularly scheduled team meetings and advisory council meetings and ensure follow through of these ideas. Conduct routinely scheduled individual supervisions with Life Choices Staff. *
3. Provide and monitor systems for Individuals to choose their participation in developmental skills activities with regards to their need areas. Coordinate the development and implementation of community based activities that promote personal choice, community inclusion, dignity and respect while enhancing personal skills.
- Life Skills Instructor (Reading and Beverly Sites): 40 Hour position. New Life Choices Day Program seeks creative individuals to work in a community based day program. Must enjoy working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Experience, resume required, BA/BS, Driver's license.
- Program Director; Residential Division. Responsible for the day to day operation of the Residential Program, including implementing Agency policy and practice and ensuring compliance with the statutory requirements of the Department of Mental Retardation. Overall supervision of staff, ensures that the home environment is maintained to the highest standard. Protects the rights, freedoms and confidentiality and supervise the medical, nutritional health and general welfare of individuals living within the program. 24 hour beeper coverage. BA in education or human services preferred. Experience with evaluating clients and ability to develop Individual Service Plans. Supersive staff, work with families of clients and other professional service providers. Valid drivers license. HOURS OF WORK: 40 hour work schedule 12 noon to 8:00 p.m. M-F. Responsible for direct coverage between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Due to the unpredictability of daily events, some flexibility in the work schedule is required.
- Independent Living Mentors: 15 to 25 hours. Early evenings and weekends. Responsible for teaching life, daily living, and social skills to individuals in a variety of domains using the home and community as the classroom. BA/BS or experience with adults with disabilities preferred. Valid drivers license and car required.

Asleep and Awake O/N Program Manager: 30 hours 11 PM - 9 AM, includes AM routines

Employment Specialist /Community Placement: 40 hours. Assist adults with disabilities, provide on-site support for individuals in community based employment.

Drivers: 20-25 hours. Split shift. Also 20 hour positions. Local routes. Valid license and good driving record required. Reading and Beverly sites.
- Part-time Speech Pathologist to consult with families implementing home programs for children on the Autism Spectrum. Consultants work directly with the family and support staff to develop the speech/communication programs. Hours would range from 2 to 4 hours a month. - Home Trainer/Community Integration Specialist: enthusiastic, caring and skilled people to carry out intense home programs developed by a team of professionals for children with Autism and other Developmental Disabilities. Additionally we are looking for people to aid children in the development of community, social and leisure skills. Afternoon, Evening and Weekend hours available. You can work anywhere from 4 to 15 hours a week. Or even just 6 hours a month. Pay rate is based on experience and the type of work you will be doing. Experience is preferred; a reliable car is a must.
- Respite Care Provider: Aid individuals with disabilities in recreational, community or home settings, providing relief for families and caretakers. Flexible hours and schedules. Various local communities. Paid positions.
- Relief: Residential program - Direct care. Work relief hours to fit your schedule. Hours available vary in each program, and may vary weekly on an as needed basis.
Supervisory positions require BA/experience. Valid driver’s license required.
