Michael Berardo, Director of Operations

Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Masters of Special Education from Boston College. Michael oversees EMARC's daily operations, including system development; administering policies and procedures; creation and management of an international recruitment program; team building and the development of incentive programs. Prior to joining EMARC, Michael developed the first state-operated nursing home in the country; served as a Division Director for the Fernald State School for individuals with developmental disabilities; and as a Labor Relations Specialist analyzing the economic impact of closing the Belchertown State School for the Dukakis Administration.
